This Privacy Policy explains how LightPerl Inc. (“LightPerl”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information. LightPerl is an investment and parent holding company. Together with its affiliated, parent and controlled corporations — present and future subsidiaries, holding companies, divisions, ventures, jointly controlled entities and businesses of any lawful kind, in any sector and any jurisdiction — they are referred to in this Policy as the "Group". This Policy applies when you use the websites, products and services of the Group — including lightperl.com, ATS CLICK and every future service the Group may publish. Where a particular service is operated by a Group member other than LightPerl, that member acts as the operator of the service and processes information in accordance with this Policy and the law applicable to it. Canada’s federal privacy statute and the provincial privacy laws applicable to each member govern our handling of personal information, complemented where relevant by the privacy laws of other jurisdictions in which the Group operates.

You may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

Our informational sites may use minimal cookies and similar technologies for security, functionality and to remember preferences. Product sites provide their own explanations where they use cookies, tracking or advertising technologies.

The Services are not directed at children. Where a Group member offers a service intended for children, that service states its own standards. If you believe we have collected a child's information in error, contact us and we will deal with it promptly.

Our sites and products may contain links to, or integrations with, sites and services operated by others, including extensions, marketplaces and partners. Those third parties process information under their own policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
