The name, word mark and associated goodwill belong to LightPerl Inc. and are reserved for its exclusive use. Third parties seeking to adopt, register or use the LIGHTPERL name, or confusingly similar marks, do so at their own risk and in full knowledge of the prior-filed application, which may be enforced once registered and can support opposition or other proceedings.

The application is pending and not yet registered. Until registration is granted, the mark must be used and identified with the unregistered ™ designation. The goods and services claimed span downloadable software, software as a service, online platforms, marketplaces and related technology services, and may be extended over time to cover the wider range of the parent company's business.

ATS CLICK™ is an operating brand and trademark in which LightPerl Inc. or a controlled subsidiary owns rights, applied to the ATS CLICK browser extension.
