LIGHTPERL

Parent holding company · Canada

One house,
many lights.

LightPerl is the parent company that incubates, owns and protects the technology brands of tomorrow — starting with the ones we are building today.

Restoring Light Within

The name · why light, why pearl

Restoring Light Within.

The Al-Hajar al-Aswad — the Black Stone — is said to have descended pure and white, brighter than the sun, its light intact from the day it came down. With time in the world, that light was dimmed and the stone turned dark.

The pearl is the same story told backward: a grain of grit, held patiently, wrapped in layer after layer of light until it restores a white that was always there. LightPerl is that work — restoring light within — applied to the brands and companies we hold. Every venture we incubate is a stone on the path back to its original brightness.

A light kept its core. Brands form around it.

01 / The model

A parent that builds and protects.

Incubate

LightPerl seeds new companies — software, AI, platforms, marketplaces — and gives each a funded start.

Own

Each operating brand is a controlled subsidiary. One shareholder register, one parent, clear separation between companies.

Protect

A holding structure keeps each legal entity distinct — so risk and liability stay inside the company that caused them.

02 / The portfolio

Brands under the light.

OPERATIONAL

ATS CLICK

An in-browser companion, distributed as a Chrome extension at atsclicl.com.

IN CUBATION

Future ventures

AI, social, marketplaces and an operating system are each scoped as their own future subsidiary.
